Yes. We talk about your business, not about technology. We help with the domain, hosting, business e-mail and copy, launch everything and show you (or your team) how to use the website and the panel. If you’re not sure where to start, book a free call – we’ll suggest which package makes sense to begin with.

In the Business and Full System packages:

• the customer chooses a service, and the price calculates itself from your price list (and is re-checked on the server),
• they pick a time from a calendar that only shows free slots based on your working hours and blocked days,
• you get a push notification on your phone and accept or decline the order with one button,
• the customer instantly gets an e-mail in your brand’s look, and their details go into your customer database.

You can export your orders to CSV at any time.

Yes. In the Business and Full System packages, you change everything in the panel: prices, services, working hours, blocked days, the gallery, FAQ and the website copy. A new price works in the order wizard straight away, because quotes are calculated from the price list in the panel. The Start package has no panel – we make changes for you, e.g. as part of the care plan.

Yes. The panel is a PWA (progressive web app): you install it from the browser to your phone’s home screen – no app store needed – and get push notifications about new orders. On Android, the browser offers to install it, or you’ll find the option in its menu. On iPhone, open the panel in Safari, tap “Share” and choose “Add to Home Screen” – notifications work from iOS 16.4. If you prefer a standalone iPhone app, it’s available as an add-on.

Yes. We design for phones first, then expand the layout for tablet and desktop. The order wizard, calendar and forms are comfortable to use with one hand, and we optimize every site to load fast on mobile.

The time counts from the day we receive your materials: logo, photos, copy and access details. We put the exact timeline in the offer before we start work.

We need your logo (if you have one), photos of your work or products, basic information about your company and your price list – and, if you already have a domain and hosting, access to them. You don’t need everything at once: on a free call, we’ll tell you what’s missing and where to start. You can attach files right in the order form.

We help with the copy: based on our conversation and your materials, we plan the structure of the website, the headings and the service descriptions, and you review and refine them – nobody knows your business better than you. Yes, a website has to run somewhere – but you don’t have to choose or configure it yourself. Our websites run on regular shared hosting (e.g. OVH, cyber_Folks, home.pl), with no expensive servers. If you already have hosting, we’ll check whether it’s suitable; if not, we’ll help you buy it in your company’s name and set everything up.

Yes. The website and panel run on your hosting: the site files and the database with your orders, customers and content are in your account, not on our server. That means your website keeps working even if you don’t use our care plan. The transfer of copyright is described in our terms of service.

We prepare every website technically for search engines from day one: fast loading, proper headings and descriptions, LocalBusiness structured data, a sitemap and a mobile-friendly version. We also show you how to complete your Google Business Profile. We don’t promise specific rankings – they also depend on the competition in your industry and area and on the content you publish.

Every website comes with terms of service, a privacy policy and consent checkboxes on its forms, and the cookie notice honestly explains what the site stores in the browser. Your customers’ data stays on your hosting, not on third-party platforms. In the panel, you can delete a customer’s data at their request. We prepare the document templates, but it’s worth having a lawyer review them before you publish.

Yes. You can start with a smaller package and add modules when you need them: live chat, customer accounts, equipment rental, a shop with a cart, a newsletter, another language or the iPhone app for the panel. The website and the panel are built from modules, so we add a new one without rebuilding the whole thing. Module prices are in the price list. Live chat and customer accounts are already included in Business, and Full System includes every add-on.

We make sure your website keeps working: we run updates and backups, make minor changes to content and prices, and help with your domain and business e-mail. Yes, that’s a separate service: Website or Shop Management. For an agreed period, we update content and photos, add products and prices, set up discount codes and help handle orders in the panel. When you want to take the website over, we train you or your team and hand everything over.
